About Costa Rica E-mail

Costa Rica is referred to as Central America's jewel or “The Switzerland of Central America”. No other country in Central or South America, provides a safer, more healthy, and enjoyable learning environment than Costa Rica. We are home to over twice the number of bird species in the entire United States, plus warm weather all year round, it is no surprise why Costa Rica is a preferred destination by all age groups. It's also mostly coastline, which means great surfing, great scuba diving, and awesome resorts, and let’s not forget abundant biodiversity. Over 25 percent of the country is a protected area, distributed between 75 different national parks, wildlife refuges and biological reserves.

ImageCosta Rica's unique approach to conservation has allowed for our forests and jungles to be home to thousands of monkeys, sloths, crocodiles, countless lizards, poison-dart frogs and a wide variety of exotic birds, insects and butterflies. And most importantly, endangered sea turtles, protected by the government, nest on both coasts and cloud forests act as sanctuaries for birds and jungle cats.
Costa Rica is only a short 3-5 hour flight from most US airports. An once you are here almost all destinations are a half day trip or less. In a few hours you can be at the beach, or at a cloud forest, and then take off to an active volcano, and then zip over to the other coast and do many more activities. We are sort of like a Disneyland, only we are not make believe, adrenaline is our middle name. Once you visit us you will definitely be a returning customer.
